Returns and exchanges
We do not offer refunds on any item. We do, however, offer an exchange should you not be happy with your purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and we'll sort it out for you.
Our exchange policy lasts 10 days. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a transaction number as proof of purchase.
